According to 52 week chart of staffing index data (showing the strength of the staffing market) from the American Staffing Association, temp hiring picks up the most in the first few weeks of January every year and this has been going on for a while. The biggest hiring growth for the year happens in January when people are back from vacations and need to start ramping up on delivering. So get ready, prep for interviews, get your interviewing clothes ready and keep your cellphones on, as recruiters at staffing agencies are going to start dialing candidates soon to start filling up the requistions for the new year.
