Description	One of our software development clients is looking for a talented, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE). If you thrive in a challenging, results-oriented, and rewarding environment and you are interested in helping us create interesting products, please apply to this position located in Seattle, WA. *This is a 9-month contract position. This position will be responsible for functional testing of application components and interfaces developed by the development team. They will work closely with Product Management, TPM, Development, and other testers to ensure complete functional path coverage across all levels of their applications. They will be responsible for contributing to the creation of comprehensive test plans, executing those test plans, and providing conclusive results in the form of test execution results and defect reports. The Quality Assurance Engineer has a broad range of developed skills which provides the ability to solve problems by applying a diverse set of experiences toward complex testing processes. Tasks: - Regression testing on all the devices - Verifying Fixed bugs - Find edge cases, create bugs and follow templates/standards - Help in duplicating bug repros. - Run smoke testing for QA signoff - Integration tests - Non code related backlog items - Assist in co-ordination and release management Qualifications: - College Graduate (Computer Science or similar technical field) - Minimum of one year of software testing experience or software development experience - Experience with testing methodologies for consumer devices. - Strong analytical skills including excellent problem solving, excellent oral, and written communication skills.
