    Modis is a good temp agency for exposure in IT, they have some reputed IT clients. Vacations are not paid.

    I worked at Modis as a contractor for less than a year. Overall the experience was good, they have lot of VMS job orders, competitive incentive structure and a free covered parking. Benefit package is average.

    Salaries are paid on time (every week) & the coffee is free but no performance reviews or bonuses.

    I have been working with Modis from the past 10months and I am enjoying my work here. A good pay and work-life balance. They should be slightly more focused towards the training of new employees, as sometimes they may require an extra training/coaching.

    I worked with Modis for about two years full-time. They have some good sites to work at, can also sponsor your green-card but you may have to pay all the cost.

    Modis has quick and easy interview/contract process. As a contractor you may find lot opportunities with them, recently they started offering health plan to contractors however its little expensive.

    Modis makes me feel that I am a part of their company even when I am a contractor with them. They look out for my career goals and I have been placed in various jobs so far that has helped me to build by experience and resume.

    Modis helped me to get a great job. The business manager I was assigned listed well to what I have to say and were very hands on. Since joining, I have been contacted only for necessities and there is no micro-management. The salary is timely but you have to negotiate hard at the beginning. If you are planning for a long term stay, make sure you negotiate on increment from time to time and PTO.

    My experience with Modis as a contractor has not been so smooth. Sure they placed me well but there was huge issues regarding the paychecks. The first paycheck came in late by almost a month and my recruiter rarely replied back to my emails. The worst is the fact that you have to physically send in your timesheet and not upload it online as most IT companies do.

    Modis has unreachable sales goal though they will not show that at the beginning. At the end, you feel stressed out and the pay is not worth it! The regular meetings that drum out the same message again and again will tax your energy and time. The health coverage has gone from bad to worse. The co-workers were a story in themselves; they will go behind your back to get ahead. The management micro-manages everything from how many calls you are making to how many interviews you are doing on a per day basis! So glad I got out.
