Description	We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, with hands-on UI testing experience to fill a 6-month contract in Seattle, Washington. The role requires verification of specifications, strong QA processes, maintain testing documentation and manually executing UI test cases. This position requires strong testing skills, ownership and some coding/scripting ability. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end UI testing as well as an end-to-end understanding of common QA tools and practices. We will expect the candidate to work both independently as well as in collaboration with the development staff. Basic Qualifications -Manual testing experience -UI testing experience -Shell scripting -Strong knowledge of QA best practices -Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle -Excellent written and spoken communication Preferred Qualifications Experience testing mobile devices Familiarity with Jira bug tracking system
