Description	We are seeking an experienced QAE to support our engineering efforts. As a QAE in the Search Experience team, you will be given the chance to pioneer new design choices which have a significant impact on our systems, our business and most importantly, our customers. You will be involved in the earliest phases of new feature development, providing development with "big picture" feedback on their designs. We are looking for someone who will challenge himself and others to constantly come up with better solutions. We are looking for someone who doesn't just know how to solve the problem, but who helps define the problems and direction, creates value, and pioneers new frontiers. This is an exciting, dynamic, and challenging position and we are looking for people with initiative, drive, and useful experience in the industry to fill them. We expect the ideal candidate to work both independently as well as in collaboration with others on our team as well as with the development staff. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years coding experience in JAVA and/or C++ - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working in QA, developing automated tests for web-based products. -Automation development experience with products such as LoadRunner/WinRunner does not apply Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years coding experience in JAVA and/or C++ - Strong development background on large projects on collaborative teams - Proven coding skills in Java, C# or C++ on Unix/Linux platforms - Experience with experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, and SOAP and a history working with web client software -Experience writing or enhancing test harness/framework is desired. - Database knowledge highly desired.
