Description	We are currently seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer for one of our clients in Seattle, WA with hands-on coding experience in Java or C++, to build and extend test frameworks for API testing, create test and manage test plans, and code automated test suites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture as well as an end-to-end understanding of common QA tools and practices. We expect the ideal candidate to scope, design, implement, and maintain the test framework for this new product, and to work both independently as well as in collaboration with the development staff.You'll have the opportunity to develop components in a new technology architecture that will serve as the building blocks for thousands of eCommerce websites. Basic Qualifications: - Strong development (SDE or SDE/T) background on large projects on collaborative teams - Development experience; 3+ years software development experience - Proven coding skills in C++ and or Java is a must. Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of XML, XSD, WSDL, and SOAP and a history working with web client software are positive - Linux experience and a computer science degree are preferred - Have experience working in QA, developing automated test frameworks (as opposed to writing automated tests for an existing framework, such as LoadRunner/WinRunner).
