    Description We are currently seeking a Programmer/Analyst for one of our clients in Seattle, WA. This is a GREAT opportunity to work for one of the Top 20 Biggest Public Companies in the World. We are looking for a dynamic, organized Programmer/Analyst to join our Customer Service (CS) Business Intelligence. The CS BI team supports the Worldwide CS organization by producing and delivering metrics, data and analysis which will allow the CS Contact Centers to work more efficiently and predictably, with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include: ? Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational metric reports ? Collecting and analyzing quantitative data ? Designing and maintaining reports, dynamic web pages, automated scripts, and database tables based on end user requirements and technical considerations ? Maintaining data integrity and troubleshooting issues ? Developing weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting (actual and forecast) ? Communicating results to department leaders and Finance team ? Work with functional business leaders to build scalable financial processes and metrics ? Perform ad hoc analysis ? Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues in nontechnical roles Basic Qualifications - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or a related field - Intermediate to advanced skills in ANSI SQL - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel - Experience working in cross-functional teams - Ability to communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles - Demonstrated ability to research independently and take initiative to learn new skills Preferred Qualifications - Advanced sills in Microsoft Excel - Advanced SQL skills - Perl, HTML, PHP, and Linux - Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions - Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment - Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload - A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations - Ability and willingness to perform both routine and creative tasks - Strong leadership, communication, persuasion, attention to detail - Customer focus and professional demeanor - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion - Knowledge of Customer Service processes and systems
