Description	Jr. Program Manager position with a Fortune 500 Company! My clients Kindle program management team is seeking an experienced person to manage the day to day operations of an internal focus group program. Responsibilities: Help to plan, coordinate, schedule and facilitate internal focus group Work with various feature teams to prepare devices for sessions as well as being responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback as well as driving the reported issues to resolution Work with end users and engineering teams to make sure the feedback is complete and actionable Track various metrics and communicate status upwards Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant work experience in program management, support or software QA Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility Be able to handle sensitive information and keep it confidential At this time, we are unable to engage candidates that require sponsorship.
