Description	Our client is looking for a seasoned Business System/Data Analyst with Project Management experience to primarily help manage the day-to-day support, sustainment, and enhancement of various tools.This position will be responsible for gathering and writing detailed business requirement, working with IT on the definition of Functional Requirements, support the development activities to the tool, write UAT Test cases, perform testing, manage UAT, and provide end user support. Will function as Program Manager by owning overall schedule of all projects for the Services Tools. The successful candidate will have had experience in an IT role and can understand development processes and apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of the systems. Basic Responsibilities: Provides day-to-day support for tools including investigating and managing issues to resolution Proactively assess and monitor for upstream impacts to tools Timely communicates to users if tool issues should arise Partners with business to address questions and issues, to identify process and information needs, to identify and evaluate alternatives, and help implement solutions. Assist in development of a Project Plan that accurately captures all stages of a projects life cycle (initial launch, enhancements/additions, communication, change management, etc) and addresses risks and business constraints Gather requirements and create a detailed BRD and able to ensure translated into functional specifications that will meet business needs efficiently Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation Partners with development team to support the tool and reporting infrastructure. Work with IT to ensure that System Test is thorough to provide quality into UAT Write Test Plan/cases, coordinate UAT, support deployment, and provide end user support Own and manage risks and issues to resolution Requirements: Strong analytical skills. Able to dive deep into understanding/issues when required Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously and prioritize effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage customers and expectations effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field with +5 years experience 4+ years of experience working as a Business/Data Analyst 3+ years as program manager, managing schedule for multiple projects Familiarity with MS Sales, SIR, Mercury, and the US Business, especially Services Business Understand Database constructs, meta data , MS SQL 2005-20012, MS Access, Excel, Visio, and MS Project Basic SQL experience a plus. Whole problem solver, implements solutions to solve root cause problems. Ability and willingness to collaborate and share information within a team. Ability to focus on assigned tasks, keep work prioritized to meet deadlines. Ability to work professionally and effectively within the team and across departments Availability to work overtime as needed, and different schedules during several week support schedule
