    I was an onsite contractor through experis at Newyork city govt. As a temp software developer the experience was great, management is good however they should avoid hiring through other sub-vendors or small staffing companies. Bcos not all staffing companies are professional like the way experis is!

    Experis is a very large staffing firm so your experience with them will depend on the recruiter you get in contact with (or gets in contact with you). It really ranges from recruiters who are delightful to work with, understand the job market, and are good listeners to idiots who think that flinging poo at the wall in the hopes that it will eventually make a pretty pattern is a good way of conducting business with candidates and employers. Its worth it to return emails but be wary.

    Worked in the field but as a contractor, they won’t hire you as a permanent employee so there isn’t any opportunity here. Has a lot of work experience but the benefits and reviews are not up to the mark. They don’t give vacations and the management isn’t concerned either.

    Worked for a limited time with Experis but did find work fast they paid me by weekly cheques as it was a contract so ended soon but the working atmosphere was good to be in.

    If your position is at the job site they won’t remember you when the contract ends, they pay is good during the working duration.

    It’s an ok company to work for they did have good recruiters and the management communication with the contract workers is not very profound.
