Description	15-30 hrs/week contract This role will have multiple facets, but the ongoing focus will be measuring and improving lead generation through Google AdWords and other online ad placement and positioning mediums, referral programs, web community outreach, strategic content development, and other areas of search service optimization. Moderate experience in one or more of these online areas is desired, however high motivation, intellectual curiosity, strong, demonstrated analytical skills, and a constant focus on improvement are critical requirements for helping Shiftboard be successful with these programs. Helping to manage our online presence and other initiatives to develop marketing and sales strategies for increasing sales growth and revenue will certainly be included in this job.
