    I have been working part-time with Wimmer Solutions for some 3 years now just because a stint here will enhance my resume very much. I work as an MSP and get good support from others with more experience. The work environment is very relaxed and workload not very high. But what I don’t like is that the communication especially instructions are often very incomprehensible while working in a campaign. This is one area the company needs to better itself.

    As a full time employee of Wimmer Solutions I am very proud of my company. They always care about the quality of service they are providing, either to the clients or the contractors they recruit. The pay is great, and the management is very people-friendly. But I think we need to grow beyond Microsoft, our main partner.

    I used to work for Wimmer Solutions but left because the pay and benefits were not at all at par with industry standards. Yes, it is true they got me to Microsoft but once in the job, the communication level dropped almost to zero even when I had a question or an issue. I also found the level of professionalism of my recruiter lower than other companies I had worked with earlier.

    I prefer working with Wimmer Solutions as I find them very family oriented. They have lot of options, one of which is sure to fit you. The internal staff are all very friendly and work environment is stress-free and relaxing. The pay is only issue; it is little lower than others in the same field and also benefits are somewhat lacking.

    Wimmer Solutions is one of the best recruitment company I have worked with. The best thing about them is that, they are very transparent and honest about their dealings with you. They will make sure you are the right person for the job they are sending you; which is why I got recruited every time I was sent by them and in each job, I got good feedback.
