TalentBurst was founded in July of 2002 by Bharat (Brad) S. Talwar, Baljit Gill and Deep Deshpande. The founders had previously worked for Monster Worldwide (NASD: MNST) off Hudson Highland Group (NASD: HHGP). The three founders had a combined strategic vision that was to provide their customers with unparallel value and a "best in breed" service delivery process.
Between 2002 and 2006 they worked hard on getting the business of the ground and focused on servicing a dozen customers. Towards the middle of the decade Brad and Baljit noticed that there was a strategic shift in the process of acquiring contingent talent by Fortune 500 customers. They decided that TalentBurst's business model had to incorporate servicing VMS/MSP clients and not shy away from them like the rest of the staffing industry. That was one of the best decisions they collectively made - TalentBurst currently works with all the leading VMS/MSP players in the industry and has experience staffing workers in the Banking/Financial Services, Credit Card, Utilities, Cloud Computing, Software, Bio-Pharma, Retail and Government Services verticals. The VMS/MSP business is currently responsible for 80% of TalentBurst's revenue generation and has been largely responsible for our meteoric rise from a small regional staffing firm to "the national vendor of choice" for all large Fortune 500 staffing desks.

The company is great for those who need to work in the Bay area like me. They have excellent client base and found me a great job according to my skills quite fast. The recruiters follow up and the HR has been really helpful. I have heard that they have problem with paychecks, but I have not faced it.
