Teams are good. Job was good
Would like to work here again
So So
Pay and benefits sucks
RHI is an industry that is tough to start with; so you will need to be great in your field to succeed here. You will have to deal with various kinds of people, as clients or candidates and some of them will drive you to wall. It is up to you to deal with them and the training will empower you with it. But once you go past that, there is no limit to how much you can earn in the company. The pay structure is good to start with, and you will not need to burn the “midnight oil”, if you are alert and organized in your work.
The work that I found through Robert Half International were all well-matched with my skill set. They have placed me in interesting jobs and each of them has been a learning experience. The pay is little below industry standard and there is no benefit or vacation or paid holiday.
Be very professional, and very talented. Robert half is very selective. Because of their access to many large corporations they are very perceptive when it comes to the talent.
The contracts were rarely temporary to permanent as promised. It gives access to major corporations.
This is a good company to work for as it is a temporary employment agency, if you are looking only for temporary/contract work.
Enjoyed working with supervisors performing all accounting functions, when job reduced to part-time contractor, found other employment because no tax were paid weekly.
Was a client for this company and I had the opportunity to meet some great people who made sure that I had the right job that fits my experience environment was friendly.
Good communication skills and will spend time with the contractor to generate a profile of their preferences and skill set. I have only been contacted by RHI for positions that met my criteria and I was well qualified for. They have contracts with a number of local firms of varying sizes. Having a resume submitted by RHI has a very good chance of turning into an interview.
Being a long time employee of Robert Half, I can safely say that it is one of the best companies to work in. There is great opportunity for talented and hardworking people to move up the ladder. As an employee, it feels good when my opinions are heard and valued by the management. We also get personal time off, and great compensation.
I have been in RHI for years now and I am not alone; there are people who are here for 20 years or more! Such loyal employees are valued and leadership are supportive of us. We are number one in our field and will be so as long as the leadership listens to employees. It is a place for people who are sincere and hardworking and so if you are not up to it, it is not a place for you.
The turn-over rate of RHI has increased massively in recent years and being one of their employees, I know why. There was no appreciation for the hard work I put in and the work/life balance was just not there. The commission they promise was hugely blown and unrealistic and I have seen very few people even come close to it. There was no break and the stress level is so high, that it took a health toll. That is when I decided to leave the company like many of my colleagues.
I have been working for RHI for almost a year now, and the experience has been great so far. The hours has been long, but the training program is just excellent. It has all that a young college graduate like me needs to go ahead in life. I have already making a decent amount of money and I have seen some of my colleagues make more by their hard work. The upper management is very helpful, but you will have to show your potential.
