    My recruiter from Randstand worked with me well before placing me in my present job. They communicated well and the placement was fast and I am enjoying my job. When I was paid through paychecks, there were some issues but not any more now that I am being paid directly through bank. They have kept contact even now and I like this little personal touch. I also look forward to our once a month gatherings

    Randstand is good in finding the right job for you, but they are not good at the pay structure for the contractors. The medical benefits and PTO are there, but won’t be effective unless you go for high deductibles. The worst part is, they have clause that prevents you from contacting the company they placed you in for a permanent job. I was much appreciated by the last client I worked for, and could have got a permanent job there if not for this clause.

    As a working mother, Randstand has been great for me. The work culture is very friendly and the executive team is very friendly and easy to approach. The salary is quite decent and what works for me, is their flexible work schedules. Good performance is valued and rewarded. I could however do with a little less micro-management.

    It is a fun work environment in Randstand Holding; and exactly the kind of workplace I always wanted. There is respect for talent and encouragement to seek cross training and learn from each other. There is free snack during break and the quarterly office parties are really amazing. There are theme days as well which many don’t like but I just love them!
