HCL Global Sytems is a large IT consulting company with a lot of H1B consultants. They are reliable and you can expect to get your visa approved as they have been around for a while. As with most IT consulting companies that sponsor visas, there might be some problems but overall nothing like if you go with a small unknown companies. I have friends that skimped and went with smaller cheaper companies and have horrible stories about their experience- no pay, bench, visas rejected, RFEs, etc.

Got a project at Ford through HCL Global. It was a good work and the project was long term. I am now doing my greencard also through them and so far so good. Pay can be better.
