    Filter is a promoter for its clients but it isn’t the same for the contractors, so the contractors whom they employ are on their own. Contractors hardly receive feedback from Filter about their performance until or unless the work isn’t going fine, so one must presume that if there is no feedback then you are good.

    Filter is one of the longest-running agencies in the area. They can offer great opportunities to people interested in working on contract, the benefit they provide are good and it will be motivating to work as a contractor.

    One of the great agencies for contract workers at Microsoft and Amazon in the midst of others. Their benefits package is as good as compared to other companies. They keep their contractors intact.

    The management was good and so was the pay, along with the amazing benefits provided by them only if the contractor works for long hours every week, there weren’t many project but some of the project had insane deadlines to meet. Work was challenging. Not that many offer for full time work, good for those who like contract work.
