eTouch has problems- Management is not approchable, people don't reply to your emails and calls, processes are made up on the fly.

Once you are placed by etouch at a client site, there is no contact and no one cares about you till you decide to leave, then they get all upset. I wish they would become more professional and sophisticated but then that might reduce their profitability. Salary remains the same for many years. Greencard is a pain and needs to be negotiated upfront and get everything in writing as they tend to forget what they comitted.

Top notch professional operation that treats contractors very well and consistently offers best rates....If given the choice between multiple vendors for an assignment, and eTouch is among them, I would go with eTouch every time.

After 15 years as an independent contractor, I have grown increasing skeptical of the industry, but eTouch Systems has been the exception. They are the only reason I continue to work as a contractor even though I have been offered the option to convert to full-time on almost all my assignments. Their recruiters have been proactive in finding my relevant positions before my assignments finished, which minimized my gaps in between positions.

I had the opportunity to choose between 3 clients for my current position. I chose to work through eTouch on my friends' recommendation and because they had the highest rate. From the very first call from their recruiter, they have been very professional and since I am new to contracting, I learned that this is not the norm in this industry.

Etouch systems is a unique staffing firm that makes employees feel great to be working here. In my previous engagements, I was never able to connect with the client team and work at peak efficiency. However, because of eTouch's strong relationships with hiring managers, I have been able to bond with my client team and thus I have become much more productive.

solid overall staffing experience. The only improvement I can think of would be to upgrade internal timesheet software, but this is only a minor issue. I would definitely choose eTouch for a future assignment.
