eTeam is a New Jersey based subcontractor to IT services and staffing companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Deloitte. They work as a sub contractor in which case they may hire you on their payroll and place you at one of their 'Partner' company's clients. They also work as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Provider in which case they get your details, vet you for salary, work status, etc. and submit you - along with many other job-seeker's resumes, to their Partner staffing companies. The chances you will hear back from them is pretty low.
eTeam is also one of the most prolific email sending and calling-by-phone agencies. Along with e-Solutions they account for the maximum complaints we receive from job-seekers who accuse them of not reading the resume and just spamming them if their resume matches a couple of keywords in the job description they are hiring for.
Given the increased RPO and staffing of contractors, it is no surprise that eTeam ranked as one of the fastest-growing companies in New Jersey and one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50. eTeam provides turnkey business and IT solutions to its Fortune 1000 clients. They claim to have Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies as clients but none we can confirm are direct.
Does eTeam sponsor H1 visas?
eTeam is not a big visa sponsor. They only applied for 29 and 32 H1B visas in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
Great place to work
Free training, average pay with no bonuses.
Initially, I was hired as a contractor for 8months at Edison, NJ and as a back-end developer it was a 40hrs/week job and was offered an average pay. Work atmosphere was slightly dull & the growth opportunities were limited however at the end it turned out to be a great deal. I was hired full time after the contract
Fast-paced work environment at South Plainfield NJ. As a temp-recruiter, I made good money and more importantly the exposure working for big clients such as Unisys Oracle, BOA etc.
