It didnt work out well with erp & erp. Firstly, they dont have any big clients & more importantly they dont do green card sponsorship. No good for me.

Erp&erp has a great management team. Smart project managers, who always find a way to treat everyone well (including temps). Had a chance to work for a big client (Netapp), it was a short term project so it ended swiftly after 6months. Work/life balance slightly poor bcos of workload at the end of the project. If you compare them to other consulting companies their size is small but worth trying once.

I had a good time working for erp&erp. As a temp (programmer) the project was interesting and overall a good exposure to new technologies. Salary/benefits are no big then others.
