Collabera is a fast growing, end-to-end information technology services and solutions provider working with leading Global 2000 organizations from the Financial Services, Technology, Communications & Media, Manufacturing & Retail, Energy and Utilities domains. With revenues exceeding $375 million, Collabera employs over 6000 professionals across 19 offices and three world-class delivery centers in the US, Europe and India.
I worked for Collabera at New York. The project was interesting. Pay was OK. Poor Benefits though.
Found Collabera and they found me a gig in San Francisco. It was fast and easy.
Was referred to Collabera for a short term gig in Redmond. Went OK. Pay was low but needed the money and it helped.
I got a long term contract through Collabera so quite happy with my experience here. They are also offering me 401K and medical but there is no paid holiday. All in all, a good company to work for.
Been working with Collabera for about a year now, and the time here has been good so far. The paychecks come in time and they take care of your taxes. But I don’t like their 100 days rule which means I have to sit without work for 100 days after completing one project. This project was at Microsoft in Redmond, WA
If you want a career in sales, then Collabera is the right place to be. The working of the company is very sales oriented and those who know the tricks of the trade are willing to share them with you. The work environment can be pretty stressful at times and the language barrier is something you have to work on.
If you are fresh out of college, Collabera is good choice for you. The work environment is very friendly and you will not have to spend a great deal of time on admin jobs like getting approvals or filling forms. But the salary is low and insurance offered is quite high especially for those starting a family.
Collabera is ok as stuffing company goes and offer fast on-boarding. You can get a project even with narrow skill set but they are bad at communication.
I used to work for Collabera before and then took a break due to family problems. But I had no problem getting back in, even at my age. The H1B pay works fine for me but I miss the fact that consultants like me are not invited for company events for employees like Fourth of July party.
