They are an effective staffing company. I worked as a part-time contactor for less than a year and later they found a full-time job for me.
I worked at Aerotek for a short term contract, the salary was very good and so as the co-workers. I wish the contract was for more than a year. Will recommend them to my friends.
Over three years of full-time job at Aerotek gave a good foundation to my career. Working here was fun & a good learning experience.
I have worked as a contractor for less than a year. Didn't know you can get contract jobs at Google and other great companies through them. Definitely an eye opener.
I was a full-time worker at Aerotek & my experience says they help people find the right careers. Whether they're hiring internally or otherwise, you can always find great opportunities with them
It will be my 5th year with Aerotek this September and I have enjoyed every moment of my time here. The work environment is very motivational and brings out the best not only in me but in others. The bonus is good but not the health plan. Also I wish it had more flexible work hours and allowed work from home.
I worked full time for Aeroteck for less than a year and did not quite like my time there. Yes they placed me in a job that was at par with my qualification and experience but I did not get much support from them when I faced issues in my job. They did not return my phone calls and there was no paid vacation time; not even a day off and the insurance was very limited as well.
I started my career with Aerotek just few days after my college graduation. It was a great place to learn about your job; and since sales was my intended career, I got an extra boost in my career plan. There were lot of quality training and development and I earned much more than my friends in other fields. The work-life balance was also good and there were many team building exercises which I loved to take part in. But the work became repetitive after some time and that was the reason I left.
I worked on a contract job at Google in Kirkland, WA through Aerotek. The job was interesting (Google Map verification) and the Google campus was very good including a great cafeteria with free food which was unbelievable. I hope to go back again sometime.
Hard works pay in Aeroteck and I am proud to say that I am one such employee. I started to work right out of High School and the work environment was fun as most of employees were 20s. Within 6 months, I was promoted to Account Manager Post and I hope to go far in the company. The pay was ok but the chance of earning commission is practically limitless! Of course office politics and sucking up to those in powers can help one to get there faster!
What drew me to Aerotek was that, they are the largest short term job provider. They provided me with a contract job soon enough which was perfect for me. The pay is at per with market and I am getting good health coverage. But I am a bit worried about the future because if I don’t get a new contract seamlessly as the present one gets over, I will have to sign up for Cobra which costs money. Just wish that the senior managements think about offering longer range of benefits who accumulate a decent hour of work with the company.
Have been working for 2 years now and though there is not much to complain about, there is nothing so great about the company either. They provided me with the training I need for my job and placed me and did not hear from them any more even when I had some concerns. But the paycheck was in time and I was given bonus at 3rd and 9th months.
