I was hired for a contract job by Aditi in Seattle and my experience was good. Happy to recommend as an option.
Aditi stands out as one of the worst staffing agencies I've had the displeasure to be contacted by. Generally I give agencies three tries to get some basic information down, my skill set, expected compensation, and commuting preferences. If they're unable to get these very basic and rather critical pieces of information into their database and act upon them then I have zero faith that they're going be able to represent me successfully to a client. Aditi stands out as being completely unable or unwilling to get it right. Throwing poop against a wall and hoping it sticks is not a good strategy for developing long term, positive relationships. I've been contacted by dozens of recruiters at Aditi and none of them have gotten it right. The company seems to rely entirely on short term, low wage contracts at Microsoft so I'm hoping they're seeing a huge chunk of their income slashed with the recent changes.
I am both looking for a job and looking for candidates as a hiring manager. I got a call several calls from Aditi in a single day (from the same guy) for different positions. What prompted me to write this is _one of the positions was my own posting_. While I would be a good fit for the job, I don't think our HR system support an employee reporting to himself. Just sloppy. This is one of those companies that just throws everything against the wall and sees what sticks. If I don't end up switching jobs, I'm going to find out which of our staffing companies is subcontracting to Aditi and ditch them.
I have been working with them for a year now, fun place to work at. Would recommend it to my friends
My experience with Aditi staffing is over 5yrs full-time. What I like the most here is the work culture, ongoing investment in technology & the learning which you would realize after a period of time.
Have been working at Aditi for over a year (full-time), growth is rapid & enough opportunities if you are ready to perform. I think development and training teams work real hard here. Overall a very good experience here.
Aditi is an old staffing company and is very fair in its dealing. I ahve several friends that worked through them and are now full-time employed. Their recruiters are not high profile and bombastic- very level headed and calm. No hard pitches and easy to work with.
Primarily focused on Microsoft positions Aditi also appears to have a number of other positions at large corporations. They do not appear to have any traction with smaller businesses. Their communication skills are poor and they do not record candidate preferences or limitations. As a result they will contact a candidate numerous times with positions that are unwanted, the candidate is not qualified for, or the candidate is unable to commute to.
Aditi is an OK to Good vendor. They usually have decent open positions in the Seattle area. Rate are OK.
