“Pro Unlimited is a vendor-neutral Vendor Management System/Managed Services Program (VMS/MSP) provider. It means that clients use it as a system to distribute all their open contract job openings, collect resumes from different temp agencies and manage the candidates through the selection process. The candidate will still be offered the job and payrolled and paid by the staffing agency who will be the employer of record- but the logistics of onboarding, etc. (getting badge, computer, etc.) will be managed by the MSP. In short, you don’t really need to worry or network with them- unless they actually do the hiring for the client which is pretty rare.”
