    When Harley Lippman founded Genesis10, he invited 12 key employees and colleagues from his previous company to join him in a new venture, at pay cuts of 50 to 80 percent and with only a few clients.     Accountant - Minneapolis, MN: I think they are only good for startups or recent grads, considering my experience the hourly rate was little less. I would recommend them for a short term roles not otherwise. They have a usual 40 hour a weeks with no over-time.
