Senior QA / SDET
Our client has asked us to locate a motivated QA who wants to expand their scope of experience needed to run a customer feedback program. The program will be designed mostly from the ground up by this employee and they will own what they are building.
This position will be using Jira to process multiple pieces of feedback. As part of the job responsibilities the candidate must have a logical mind and be able to setup work flow processes for incoming data about a product. The data then has to be processed and root caused by using products.
The position is one where someone can have an opportunity at ownership and creativity in their job on a daily basis. They will work in a small team and have lots of chances to gather important insights into what is gong on with respect to the product and present those to management.
· Configure the Jira workflow
· Review and classify feedback
· Report on feedback to identify clusters of problems and focus the team’s attention
2 - 3 years of QA Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals and how software works.
Familiar with Excel and charting
Comfortable presenting data to small and medium sized groups
Flexible and creative with workflows with a sense of simple solutions are often the best.
Experience with Jira
Any programming experience
