Description	The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with teams within GTO to help drive shareholder value by enabling the best business decisions through financial literacy of the organization and financial analysis. Specifically, the customer-focused analyst will provide decision support and forward looking business and operational planning, ongoing business modeling and analysis, and business performance measurement in support of the CTO and CFO. This position will report to the Director of Finance. Develop a shared understanding of business performance drivers and key metrics (development, reporting and analysis of key metrics and performance drivers). Participate in the development of a planning and review process, including defining evaluation and presentation tools, processes and reporting. Manage the annual planning and monthly forecasting process for specific GTO teams. Develop and present monthly business reviews covering financial and non-financial metrics, including performance against stated objectives. Ad-hoc projects including business case evaluations, identifying process gaps and driving improvements, etc. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years experience in an analytical role with an emphasis in financial analysis and modeling Experienced in budgeting, expense analysis, and forecasting Experience with Peoplesoft and Hyperion Planning required Working knowledge of e-commerce operations and IT/Development Demonstrated proactive and solutions-oriented approach towards business problems and process improvements Proficiency in advanced Excel critical PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus.
