    Description Our client a leading Fortune 500 Financial company in the heart of downtown Seattle, is looking for a Investment/ Finance Recruiter to start asap. Duration :6-12 months opportunity Pay rate : Open on W2 Candidates who have a strong background as a financial analyst, Trader, or worked as a Investment Banker, Portoflio Analyst will also be considered for this role Job Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment of management and director level positions throughout US Manage candidate application review process Execute sourcing, screening, recruiting, and selection process of qualified candidates Serve as a subject matter expert of industry market and trends for assigned groups; leveraging various sourcing solutions to widen the applicant pool Enhance hiring process through various methods including networking, job boards, professional associations, social media, and employee referrals Developing robust candidate pipelines aligned with areas of business focus Track and measure daily and weekly recruiting activities and results Utilize and support company tools for selections of candidates through various assessments Support the development of appropriate training related to the talent acquisition process Ensure understanding and compliance of recruiting staff and field Develop sound working relationships with hiring managers Understand needs of business in terms of skill sets and competencies Develop and execute sourcing and diversity recruitment strategies for assigned recruitment alignment Manage recruitment cycle with hiring managers and process on open positions. Requirements: 5+ years experience in the financial services industry preferred 2-5 years of corporate recruiting preferred Proven consultation skills Must work on-site at least 3 days per week Strong ability to influence and build credibility with assigned client groups, managers, and candidates Skilled at developing and executing effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage candidate/customer/partner expectations Proven negotiation and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic and changing environment
