Description | As a Finance Manager you will report to the Director of Brand of Company FP&A, and serve a shared-services role supporting the operations of Companys Global Marketing Organization (GMO), as well as the key Finance Partner for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, reporting, and analytics necessary to support the Directors and VPs of the GMO team in maximizing return on marketing spend. The role will provide decision support and have ownership for forward looking marketing projections, ongoing business information analysis, ad hoc reporting, competitive analyses, and business performance measurement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with key business stakeholders to further enhance optimization of search engine bidding through robust, detailed Product economic assumptions Facilitate business partners in development of forward looking trends including Financial Forecasting and Annual Plan. Identify and communicate plans risks and opportunities. Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents Leverage existing and newly introduced Business Intelligence tools to drive stronger insight into the business, as well as the overall impact of online marketing spend to the Company Brand P&L Support and partner with the business to analyze existing programs and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in process, customer experience, and profitability growth Perform ongoing analyses on effectiveness of online marketing spend Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business partners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Good strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills 5+ years work experience in a similar analytical role Strong spreadsheet, data-management, and presentation skills Demonstrated understanding of financials and budgeting processes Experience with cause and effect type analysis Experience implementing effective controls and processes Ability to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions Uses good judgment and makes decisions as necessary Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight time lines Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non financial audiences PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA required; MBA or ACA strongly preferred Online Marketing\Ecommerce experience preferred Benefits working with Zenex Partners: We are happy to offer candidates comprehensive benefits program that includes: Flex Spending Life/AD&D Vision Medical/Dental Paid Holiday Referral Bonuses Competitive Salary Please give us a chance to help you grow and succeed.
