    Description Project will involve Integration and Implementation of Financial General Ledger system from existing tools used, such as MS Excel and Access. Responsibilities will include: Requirements Gathering from business stakeholders surrounding this project. Documenting and analyzing requirements. Report Production. Business Process Mapping. Organizing and leading meetings. Other duties as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the design and implementation of the plan to migrate Coda Financial data from v10.0 to v12. This requires strong system analysis, database planning, ETL and testing skills (i.e. data analysis, conversion, and validation against original source data) as well as error handling. Skills/Experience Required: Dirct experience with at least two significant financial system upgrades/conversions required. Strong reporting experience in managing end-to-end data, including requirement development, data validation, reporting design, and data quality assurance. Must have the ability to create design documents based on meetings, JAD sessions or other requirements gathering tools, with developers and end-users. Analyze existing business infrastructure, develop business infrastructure roadmap, including conversion and system implementation plans. Produce documentation of business rules, functional specifications, and process interpretation for assigned applications, systems, and business solutions. Proven conceptual understanding of relational databases, networking concepts, and systems integration. Liaise with application developers and local IT teams to design and test data migration/loading procedures to support system integration testing and final conversion. Experience in creating test plans and support in executing test plans. Responsible for developing and maintaining all documentation and detailed notes related to the migration strategy. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint and SQL/Query skills. 3+ years experience in FORMAL Business Analysis required. Must have experience with BRD's and Gap Analysis. Some prior experience in process mapping, process re-engineering or Value Stream Mapping. Excellent experience in Requirement gathering, analyzing, and reporting. Financial industry experience required. At least some experience in: Strong demonstrated ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings. Able to work independently. Ability to drive projects. Not just gather requirements but make suggestions. Financial/Accounting experience. Experience with General Ledger systems such as CODA, SAP or others a plus.
