Contracts department was fine and so was the working atmosphere although it was challenging there wasn't anything to attempt to keep employees.
Working as a contractor learnt a lot and it did add on to the skills. There are busy days and work that is time demanding but really had fun during working hours. It’s a productive atmosphere to work in if you are enthusiastic and willing to works it’s a good place to be in.
Worked as a contractor and the training was really good along with the money they provided, it’s a good company to work in. Ones who are willing to learn will find a great opportunity here because they will find growth in their skills, but found the culture a bit political and responsive.
Very professional people I worked with and I must say the technology available to learn and progress is top notch. Sometimes management is stern and unwilling to compromise when I was working there as a contractor, other than that pretty good place to work.
Boeing has a relaxed environment compare dot most other IT places. The work is good however traffic on 405 is a pin to deal with- especially on Fridays.
