    A bunch of hard working people, pay as per the industry standard. No big benefits for short term contractors.

    I would still prefer is big brand instead working for a growing company. Otherwise, I enjoyed my role as a technical support assistant. Work/life balance was good.

    Netsuite is a fast growing, stable organization with a new head count on board every two week makes for an exciting experience with their feet running as soon as they hit that ground. Encouragement to the new ideas, gives enough motivation to perform better. Pay never an issue but you may have to negotiate.
