We work hard at NetApp, but we also understand the importance of supporting a healthy, happy lifestyle; having a diverse work environment; and doing our part for our global environment.
The Great Place to Work Institute ranked us #3 on its "World's Best Multinational Workplaces 2012" list for the second year in a row. We're also #6 on FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For 2013" list. These rankings reflect our unique offering of employee benefits and our culture of credibility, fairness, respect, pride, and camaraderie. Creating a healthy work environment plays an important role in building employee enthusiasm and fostering the collaboration and creativity for which NetApp is known. Our daily activities and events help us build our community and maintain a healthy balance between work and play. In addition to a great work environment, you get to work on one of the leading innovative storage and data management solutions in the industry.
So visit us at any one of our sites—in Sunnyvale, Research Triangle Park, Pittsburgh Technology Center, or NetApp New England—and join us for a game of golf or volleyball, test your skills at our Ping-Pong and foosball tables, or unwind in a yoga class. And if sweating’s not your thing, sit down to lunch at one of our gourmet cafes or meet us at our Friday bagel bar. Come meet the people who make NetApp a great place to work.
As contractor at Bellevue (WA) the exposure at Netapp added a great value to my resume, good work culture and friendly staff. Pay was fine but no big benefits, just free evening snacks/coffee etc.
Wonderful work/life balance, decent pay but in terms of benefits they are just average.
