just ok atmosphere, did some busy work- got paid. Can't believe some staffing agencies pay only once in a month!
Worked at eBay as a consultant Program Manager through Intelliswift. The pay was on par with other contract jobs. H1 transfer is much easier compared to US agencies who don't even consider you. I'd like to go back if possible. Starting here took 2 weeks though (unpaid)
Working as a contract administrative assistant and enjoying it. Working at a Fortune 500 comnpany gives you great exposure and adds value to your resume. I enjoy smaller company working environment better though for their familial and close structure. Here most people just say hi/bye- that
ebay/Paypal is a cool company and as a software engineer you get to learn latest technolgies. They are getting beaten by some startups as focus is not there-but I think it will change soon.
Working here as a customer service specialist. The team seems good although everyone worries about when their contract may be terminated. It sucks to be a contractor when you may get fired at any time and for any reason.
Ebay is great place to contract. Got a gig through Akraya. Recruiter found me and at first I didn't believe it as I didn't even know about contract jobs. Pay was good, work was good. Manager was great. Too bad it only lasted 6 months.
eBay is going downhill and there are fulltime employees being laid off so not sure when contractors will face the same.
