Microsoft technologies are highly used as it gives a good commitment with the client. For permanent employee the pay doesn’t change.
There is a lot of exposure to Microsoft technologies as it is partly owned; interaction with other employees is not that much as work is onsite.
They have a competitive environment where the employees on contract are treated fine one good advantage is that they pay well.
