| Description | We are looking for a Web Analytics and Reporting specialist to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. Your responsibilities will include the following: An audit and analysis of the current web analytics implementation, hosted by Google Analytics Search engine optimization Analyze current search engine options and recommend improvements for site search (SalesForce or other appliance) Implement changes depending upon scope of recommendation Provide analysis of entry and exit points to the support center with tags and metrics to improve ongoing analysis Implement metrics frameworks and benchmark KPIs that can be used to measure the support center traffic, how customers are interacting with the support center, and overall support center effectiveness. Ideally through Google Analytics. Establish current baseline Recommended best practices to measure support center KPIs as changes to the support center are made Implement agreed upon recommendations Allow easy analysis of performance as changes to the site are made Allow maintenance and update of analytics through internal Citrix resources Special Skills: SEO analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note, relocation expenses are not available for this position | |
