Prime Team Partners is currently seeking experienced Sr Oracle Database Administrator to help our client in Seattle, WA. The role is to help support an existing Oracle 11g R2 environment. The responsibilities of the position will include installing and configuring Oracle Administrative tools in a Solaris UNIX environment, developing and scheduling backup schemes, architecting and implementing data exports to text, and implementing Oracle best practices. The Oracle Database Administrator role has been scoped initially for 6 months. Required Skills: - 5 plus years Oracle Database Administration experience in a UNIX (Solaris) environment - Experience installing and managing RDBMS using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) - Experience in managing the internal and external Oracle 10g and 11g database security - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle backup solutions using the OEM - Experience installing Oracle 10g and 11g instances and databases - Administering Oracle 10g and 11g instances and databases - Best practice of exporting data for reporting purposes | |
