Description	iSoftStone is currently interviewing SDET candidates for an opportunity to work within a dynamic team at a large retailer in Seattle, WA. SDET Requirements: Web service/API Experienced in developing automated tests within an Agile/Scrum environment 2 years experience developing object oriented code in Java or equivalent Understands, implements concepts of robust test frameworks Experienced in maintenance/extension of programmatic, object-oriented framework Develops code, techniques and processes to test middleware, including: ETL, ESB, Web Services, SOAP, and XML Contributes to overall testing strategy for automated, manual and performance testing efforts Understands and Implements processes for Test Management and Reporting for Automated Suites Adheres to defined automation, coding, and system syntax and style guides during the entire development process Demonstrated proficiency of object-oriented design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-directed, as demonstrated by setting effective goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals A bias towards action, self-driven with a passion for quality
