    Nelson staffing is good for temp jobs & they consider attendance issues like sick leave etc. But no health benefits.

    Nelson staffing helped me with short term temporary position at a big IT company and surprisingly I was paid more than what I asked for. Although the interview process at Nelson was slow but yes at the end if you get best offer then you won

    I have never come across such a dedicated team of recruiters in the bay area. Nelson's recruiting team is very professional, responsive and good with the follow up.

    The management of Nelson Staffing is very strong. They take care of their employees even the contractors. They are friendly and look after you after placing you in some of the best companies. The pay is good and better than others in the field. They ask for feedbacks to see how you are doing in your job. That is why I keep going back to them whenever I need a job.

    I still remember my first day in the job with Nelson; we were given a full day orientation and our manager made sure he talked with all of use individually. Working in this company is great; the work culture is very friendly and I have great co-workers. I had some medical issues for which I needed flexible time and was granted that without a hassle.

    Being new at Napa Valley, I did not know much about the work situation. Someone pointed me to Nelson and I am glad I joined them. They found me work soon and though they were temporary, I have gained quite an experience from their varied clienteles. But being temporary, I know I have little chance of going far in the company.
